Job Description
Achieving sales manager productivity and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the given sales team
Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands companys customer base and ensure
its strong presence
Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales managers
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customers/ channels relationships by partnering with them and
understanding their needs
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
To keep a close watch on early signs of delinquencies / defaults and proactively work on that
Identify machinery dealers and Need to work on tie ups for regular business
Understanding on Financials(P&L and B/S)
Key Performance Indicators:
Sales Volume & SM productivity
Product Mix & new market penetration
Revenue which includes IRR, Fee & Insurance
Adherence to business Processes like FTR & TAT.
Infant delinquency
External & Internal customer satisfaction
