Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Sample-Making and Video Support: Assist in creating samples and providing video support for instructional videos (IPE). This includes crafting materials and helping with the filming process.
  • Craft Skills: Utilize your crafting abilities to create engaging samples quickly and efficiently. Your creativity will be an asset in this role
  • Courier Tracking: Help manage the tracking of couriers to ensure timely delivery of materials. You'll learn about logistics and organization.
  • Materials Management and Procurement: Support the team in managing materials and procurement processes. This involves helping to keep track of supplies and ensuring everything is in order.
  • Event Coordination: If possible, you’ll have the opportunity to participate in event coordination. You may attend events to learn about the IPE (Instructional Video Events) and gain hands-on experience in organizing activities.
  • Flexibility to Assist Other Teams: You may also be asked to help out in other teams, such as Workplace Services or Scholarship, if there is less workload in your primary team.


Requirements
  • Strong crafting skills and the ability to work quickly and accurately.
  • Good organizational skills to manage tasks effectively.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
  • Strong communication skills to work with team members and coordinate events.
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for volunteer services and teamwork.


      Qualifications:
  • Any degree is acceptable, but a background or interest in arts, crafts, or event management is a plus.
  • A passion for community service and helping others.
