Overview:As an MBBSEmergency Medical Officer (EMO) at our Lunawada Gujarat locationyou will play a crucial role in providing immediate medical care topatients arriving at the emergency department.   • Assessing andtriaging patients based on their medicalneeds
  • Administering urgent medicalinterventions to stabilize patients
  • Orderingand interpreting diagnostic tests
  • Collaboratingwith multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patientcare
  • Providing timely and accuratedocumentation of patient care
  • Participating inmedical rounds and case discussions
  • Conductingemergency medical procedures asrequired
  • Ensuring compliance with medicalprotocols and standards
  • Overseeing the smoothfunctioning of the emergencydepartment
  • Communicating effectively withpatients families and staff

RequiredQualifications:
  • MBBS degree from arecognized medical institution
  • Valid medicallicense to practice in Gujarat
  • Provenexperience in emergency medicine or relevant clinicalsetting
  • Advanced cardiac life support (ACLS)certification
  • BLS (Basic Life Support)certification
  • Sound medical knowledge anddiagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal abilities
  • Strong teamwork andcollaboration skills
  • Ability to handlehighpressure situations with composure
  • Goodproblemsolving and decisionmakingcapabilities
  • Understanding of medical ethicsand patient confidentiality
