As an Integration Developer III, you will be a key member of our IT team, responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced data integration solutions. This role demands exceptional technical proficiency, leadership qualities, and a proven track record in delivering complex integration projects. The successful candidate will guide the team, drive innovation, and ensure the seamless flow of data across multiple systems.

Essential Functions :

Integration Solution Development: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of sophisticated data integration solutions using application integration software, ensuring seamless communication between diverse systems.Implement advanced data transformation, migration, and validation tasks, optimizing performance and ensuring data accuracy. Reporting: Utilize reporting software skills to create visually appealing, interactive reports, providing valuable business insights to stakeholders.Collaborate closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective solutions. Management and Collaboration: Oversee and manage complex integration efforts, collaborating closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and technical teams.Mentor and lead a team of developers, providing guidance, training, and technical expertise in integration best practices and tools.Collaborate with database administrators and other IT teams to ensure data security, integrity, and optimal database performance. Performance Optimization and Troubleshooting: Monitor integration processes, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance to exceed predefined service level agreements (SLAs).Create and maintain detailed documentation for integration processes, data mappings, and report specifications. Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in data integration, reporting, and transformation, and drive their adoption within the team. Four years of college resulting in a bachelor's degree or equivalent. 7-10 Years 7+ years of proven experience as an Integration Developer. Exceptional understanding of integration concepts, data transformation strategies, and report development. Proficiency in designing and implementing complex data integration workflows using application integration software. Advanced knowledge of data cleansing, validation, and transformation using SSIS or similar integration tools. Strong T-SQL skills including querying, optimization, and data modeling preferred. Strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to mentoring and guiding a team. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and drive results. Experience with other advanced integration tools and technologies preferred. Knowledge of cloud-based integration solutions and data platforms (, Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue) preferred. Experience working in a Scrum environment, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality results within agile frameworks preferred. Familiarity with cloud platforms (, Azure, AWS) and microservices architecture is preferred.

This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities

This position is in Chennai / Bangalore / Gurgaon.
