The Job

You will be responsible for :

• Daily Calibration of instruments like pH meter, Analytical Balance, HPLC, GC, etc.
• Audit trail review of computer systems in instruments like HPLC, GC, KF, and IR.
• Timely approval of Raw Materials, Packing Materials and Finish Products with accurate analysis.
• Handling of Out of Specification (OOS).
• Review of Documents such as BMR, SOPs, STPs, Validation Docs, and QC Analytical Documents.
• Preparation and checking of Cleaning validation analytical reports.
• Experience in IPQC, 21 CFR, Change Control, Deviation Management, documentation and approval wherever required.
• Investigating Market complaints and Responding to customers on time.
• Vendor Audits and vendor qualification as per SOP requirements
• APQR preparation and review.
• Preparation of SOP for the QA department
• Preparation of COAs and customer samples packing
• Review of other department documents that are submitted to the Quality assurance department and review analytical data of Raw material, packing material, semi-finished and finished products before release.
• Handling the sampling, control sample management, and handling the hold time stability study data.
• Making the module presentation of training as per SOP/schedule.  Assist with internal audit activity and its compliance.

The Profile

• You have at least 3 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Industrial and Healthcare & Lifesciences.
• Hands on experience in Instrumentation like HPLC, GC, UV, IR etc. (Shimadzu)
• Qualified M.Sc. Chemistry
