Salary : 14,000/- for Ahmedabad And 15,000/- for Rajkot


Role And Responsibilities


  1. Learning and Development: Acquiring a thorough understanding of textile manufacturing processes, machinery, materials, and quality control standards through training sessions and on-the-job learning.
  2. Assisting Senior Technicians: Supporting experienced textile engineers and technicians in various tasks such as machine setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  3. Production Support: Assisting in the production process by monitoring machine operations, ensuring quality standards are met, and troubleshooting minor issues.
  4. Quality Control: Participating in quality control procedures by conducting inspections of raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods to ensure they meet specifications.
  5. Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of production activities, quality inspections, and machine maintenance. Generating reports as required by supervisors.
  6. Safety Compliance: Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Reporting any safety hazards or incidents to supervisors immediately.
  7. Continuous Improvement: Contributing ideas for process improvement, efficiency enhancement, and cost reduction in textile manufacturing operations.
  8. Team Collaboration: Collaborating with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, quality assurance, and maintenance departments to achieve production goals and resolve issues.
  9. Training and Skill Development: Actively participating in training programs and workshops to enhance technical skills, knowledge of textile processes, and understanding of industry best practices.
  10. Adaptability and Flexibility: Demonstrating flexibility in job responsibilities and willingness to work in different shifts or departments as required by production schedules.
  11. Professional Growth: Showing enthusiasm for career advancement within the textile industry and seeking opportunities for further education or specialization.
