Site Project Manager (Operations)
The position is in charge for implementation for theproject(s) in the region to ensure timeliness and quality ofconstruction and MEP activities. This role supervises and monitorsall activities conducted on site from excavation to projecthandover.

Your Roles &Responsibilities:
Financial
Driving SiteReviews and Budgeting
Facilitate smooth payouts to thecontractors/vendors/PMCs by coordinating with Finance team as perneed basisOperational
Devise the sequence of variousactivities to be conducted on site in coordination with keystakeholders (e.g. contractors/PMCs)
Oversee alloperational activities(MEP Civil Planning etc.) on site areprogressing line with the established project timelines
Coordinate with design team at site to ensure that all GFC drawingsare brought in as per the schedule
Review the drawingsin joint discussions with architects and consultants to foresee anyrisks and highlight the same
Analyze the demands formaterials requirements on site and provide the necessary approvalsfor their procurement and coordinate on same with Contracts andBudgeting team
Coordinate with the Facilities andHandover team during the snagging process to handover the site
Ensure the scope of responsibility for different snagissues is established and rectified by the projects team

People
Drive the trainings schedule and ensurethat the same for all PMCs/contractors on site are duly conducted
Defines and sets work objectives for team members
Balances work allocation in team
Reviewstasks completed by team members and conduct regular performancereviews
Completes performance appraisals of team
Carries out team building & engagementactivities

Process Adherence &Improvement
Ensure that all quality and safetycompliance standards are in adherence to established SOPs andguidelines
Identifies processes/procedures in own workarea that need improvement

PositionRequirements
Qualification:
Bachelor inEngineering ( Civil)
Construction Management from NICMAR( Desirable)

Experience:
Prior Realestate prior experience of around 10 years and managed theexecution around 200300 crore worth of project alongside leading ateam 2025 directly

Critical Skills:
Functional
Indepth Understanding of designaspects : Reviews different drawings with an eye for detail toidentify risks in Architectural Structural & MEP such asworkfront availability ahead of time & mitigates them
Contracting Strategy Governance &Administration: Develops the optimum contracting strategy withright structure of packages to award above scope of differentcontractors in a timely manner
Cost & Billingmanagement : Ability to understand the financial aspect of theproject
Technical knowledge of all services/ structureengineering deployed on site
Quality Focus : Develops aculture of that emphasizes on quality first at project site whilemaintaining progress and safety
Adherence to safety andregulatory norms
