Job Description: TPD - Bancassurance Sales

Position: Area Sales Manager (ASM) / Sales Manager (SM)

Location: Kannur, Ernakulam, Allepey, Balaramapuram, Varkala


Overview: We are currently seeking dynamic individuals to join our Bancassurance Sales team as Area Sales Managers (ASM) or Sales Managers (SM) for our Total and Permanent Disability (TPD) insurance products. The successful candidates will play a key role in driving Bancassurance Sales and achieving targets in the specified locations.


Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement effective Bancassurance sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Execute sales plans to maximize revenue and market share through banking channels.

Team Leadership:

  • If in the role of ASM, lead and inspire a team of Bancassurance Sales professionals.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure the team's success.

Product Knowledge:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of TPD insurance products.
  • Effectively communicate product features and benefits to bank customers.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff, customers, and business partners.
  • Collaborate with the bank to leverage its network for Bancassurance sales.

Market Analysis:

  • Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Provide insights to enhance the competitiveness of TPD insurance offerings in Bancassurance.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Bancassurance sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills (for ASM role).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Additional qualifications in sales or marketing will be an advantage.

Designation:

  • The successful candidates will be designated as Area Sales Manager (ASM) or Sales Manager (SM) based on experience and performance.
