Are you passionate about mitigating risks in the fast-paced world of Fintech? SambhavPay Payments Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Risk Analyst to join our team in Gurgaon. As a Risk Analyst, you will play a critical role in safeguarding our payment solutions from potential threats, including chargebacks, disputes, cybercrime fraud, LEA fraud, and bank disputes.


Responsibilities:


Analyze and monitor transactions to identify potential risks and fraudulent activities.

Investigate and manage chargeback and dispute cases, ensuring timely resolution.

Collaborate with internal teams to assess and improve risk detection and prevention strategies.

Conduct periodic risk assessments and generate reports on risk trends and patterns.

Coordinate with law enforcement agencies (LEA) in cases related to fraud and cybercrime.

Work closely with banking partners to resolve disputes and address payment-related issues.

Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures.

Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging risk trends.

Assist in developing fraud prevention and detection tools and systems.

Key Skills:


Proven experience in risk analysis, chargeback management, and dispute resolution.

Strong understanding of fraud prevention strategies and techniques.

Knowledge of cybercrime and digital fraud trends in the Fintech industry.

Familiarity with handling LEA fraud cases and collaboration with law enforcement agencies.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Salary Range: INR 3-6 Lakh per annum
