Job Summary:
The Manager Tax & Accounts is a keyrole with oversight responsibilities for tax computationsregulatory reporting and supporting the tax and audit processes.This position requires a blend of technical tax knowledge andmanagement skills to ensure effective departmentoperations.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Oversee monthend tax computations andaccounting entries.
  • Manage regulatory reportingrequirements.
  • Prepare necessary documentation for IncomeTax GST Transfer Pricing and other taxobligations.
  • Assist in the preparation of financialstatements and reports.
  • Coordinate data gathering and review forsubmissions to external authorities andauditors.

Essential Skills andDuties:
  • Liaise with external audit and tax firms toensure compliance with statutory and taxaudits.
  • Prepare and review a range of financialreports and tax returns.
  • Uphold robust accounting practices andinternal controls.
  • Analyze financial data to suggestimprovements for system and financialperformance.
  • Lead the monthend close process includinggeneral ledger reconciliations and complexanalyses.
  • Manage mentor and train team membersoptimizing team structure for continuous professional developmentand business success.

DecisionMaking andSupervision:
  • Operate with autonomy to set objectives anddetermine methods of completion.
  • Utilize management expertise to guide teammembers within company policies.

Qualifications:
  • CA (Chartered Accountant) withover 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems andcomprehensive knowledge of Income Tax Transfer Pricing and GSTregulations.
  • Familiarity with IND AS / US GAAP andIndian Tax laws.

Success Factors:
  • Expertise in specialized taxand accounting functions.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office applicationsespecially Excel Word and PowerPoint.
