Overview:The MSDynamics CRM Core Developer plays a vital role in the organizationby leading the design development and customization of Dynamics CRMapplications to meet the business requirements. This position iscrucial for implementing solutions that enhance customer engagementand relationship management thereby contributing to the overallsuccess of the organization.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Designingdeveloping and customizing MS Dynamics CRM solutions using C# andJavaScript.
  • Integrating MS Dynamics CRM withother systems and applications.
  • Implementingcustom workflows plugins and custom actions in MS DynamicsCRM.
  • Developing and optimizing SQL queries andstored procedures for MS DynamicsCRM.
  • Participating in requirements gatheringand solution design sessions withstakeholders.
  • Performing unit testing andsupporting user acceptance testing for MS Dynamics CRMsolutions.
  • Providing technical expertise andguidance to project teams andstakeholders.
  • Conducting code reviews andensuring best practices are followed in Dynamics CRMdevelopment.
  • Continuously improving andmaintaining existing MS Dynamics CRMsolutions.
  • Collaborating with crossfunctionalteams to deliver highquality scalable CRMsolutions.
  • Troubleshooting and resolvingtechnical issues related to MS DynamicsCRM.
  • Documenting technical specificationsprocesses and procedures for MS Dynamics CRMsolutions.
  • Staying updated with the latest MSDynamics CRM features andfunctionalities.
  • Assisting in the deploymentand migration of MS Dynamics CRM solutions acrossenvironments.
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inComputer Science Information Technology or a relatedfield.
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM certification ishighly desirable.
  • Proven experience indeveloping and customizing MS Dynamics CRMsolutions.
  • Proficiency in programming languagessuch as C# and JavaScript.
  • Strong understandingof MS Dynamics CRM architecture entities forms views and webresources.
  • Indepth knowledge of CRMcustomization configuration and extensioncapabilities.
  • Experience in integrating MSDynamics CRM with external systems using webservices.
  • Solid understanding of relationaldatabases and experience with SQLServer.
  • Ability to design and implement complexCRM workflows and business processes.
  • Excellentproblemsolving and analytical skills in the context of MS DynamicsCRM development.
  • Strong communication andinterpersonal skills to collaborate effectively withstakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaceddynamic environment and manage multiplepriorities.
  • Experience with version controlsystems and continuous integration tools for CRMdevelopment.
  • Familiarity with agile developmentmethodologies and practices.
  • Knowledge of bestpractices in MS Dynamics CRM development andcustomization.
