Job Overview


Inside Sales Officer is responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, and closing sales deals. This is a full-time, office-based role located in Sitapur, Uttar Pradesh The salary range for this position is competitive and will be commensurate with experience.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Generate leads and identify potential customers through various sources
  • Contact leads and prospects through phone calls, emails, and meetings
  • Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
  • Present and demonstrate product offerings to potential customers
  • Negotiate prices and close sales deals
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies


Qualifications and Skills


  • Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to effectively handle objections and customer concerns
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
