Job Description

· Who are we Fulcrum Digital is an agile and next-generation digital accelerating company providing digital transformation and technology services right from ideation to implementation. These services have applicability across a variety of industries, including banking & financial services, insurance, retail, higher education, food, health care, and manufacturing.

The Role Assist the Lead\Director of Data Governance and Compliance witheffective planning, implementation, and management of Data governance tools,Retention and Protection program Assist in defining, developing and implementing Data Governance Policiesand Procedures Support creation of an enterprise-wide data governance framework, with afocus on protection of sensitive data through modifications to organizationbehavior policies & standards, principles, governance metrics, processesand data architecture Support rollout of an enterprise data governance implementation roadmapincluding strategic priorities Build Policies and fine tunerules within the data governance application for accurate results Assist the implementation anddeployment of the tool, closely working with Cyber and Infrastructure team Ensure all the platforms arecovered in Discovery scanning and all the data is scanned, identified andcorrectly labeled Build a process to make sureany new files being created are scanned and appropriately labeled Work on other securitytools to make the tags are identified and build DLP control on the definedcritical tags Build a repeatable scanningprocess on all locations with a remediation mindset Create and maintainelectronic dashboards and metrics Actively be part of setting upDLP on emails, Cloud upload, On-premise storage, Cloud storage, and Externalstorage devices (USB, External HDD etc). Build a strategy on DLPmonitoring for abnormal data activities Build a retention strategy Work in partnership withcompliance stakeholders to ensure adherence to regulatory requirementsincluding but not limited to GDPR, NYDFS and CCPA

Requirements

3+ years of experience working in the Data Governance and protection field and tools Experience working with Cyber Security Frameworks and standards, preferably CIS Critical Controls and PCI-DSS Experience working with Security laws and regulations, such as NY DFS cyber laws, GDPR, CCPA and other state data security and privacy regulations. Experience monitoring and reporting on controls for a hybrid on-premise and cloud environment Experience with Governance, Risk and Compliance tools. Strong knowledge of Excel.
Knowledge of PowerQuery V-lookup Pivot tables, a plus Data governance certification from a reputed organization a plus
