Job Title:

Coordinator Investments (TRR) Job Objective The Coordinator Investmentis a supporting member of a small versatile investment team. Theincumbent will support with administration and coordination tasksassociated with the core work the investment team does to sourcevet and execute investment opportunities across various assetclasses. Responsibilities/Communication/OHSE Key Roles& Responsibilities

  1. Processingthe onboarding of Milaha Investments with Investment banks
  2. Organizing the transfer of our investmentsfrom Milaha Capital to Milaha Investments
  3. Record retention and documentation updates for6 investment entities
  4. (3 Luxembourg and 2Qatar Financial Centre (QFC) Milaha Capital)
  5. Liaise with external lawyers service providersand internal teams for timely
  6. and accuratereporting to regulators .
  7. Assist in memopreparation signature process and followups.
  8. Manage Capital call transfer process andfollowups.
  9. Assist with routine internalreports (risk management LP reports weekly
  10. market updates daily reports)
  11. Handling PR requests
  12. Timely data collection and reporting foralternative investment portfolio.
  13. Coordinationof meeting and conference schedules
  14. Arabictranslation of financial statements and press releases (Optional)
  15. Complete ad hoc projects related to overallinvestment management.
Minimum Qualification/Experiences/Skills Education& Professional Qualification:

Diploma ProfessionalExperience:
23 Years working administrative job (preferably Finance&/or Investments) GeographicExperience: GCC preferredComputer Skills:
Technologically competent (Word Excel PowerPoint Internet Outlook)Language Skills:
  • English (mandatory)
  • Arabic (preferred)
