RequirementsShould aware of industry standards and practices (e.g. ISAstandards) that apply to control systemdesign.
Should have the basicunderstanding of programmable logic controllers distributed controlsystems Safety systems Fire & Gas systems IIoT and Industry4.0
Should have firm andincreasing understanding of process control concepts andtechniques.
Should understandnetworking devices & components like ethernet switchesFiber optic switches firewallsetc.
Should understand thevarious industrial communication protocols like Modbus ProfibusHART FF etc.
Strong analyticaland mathematical skills
Strongwritten and verbal communicationskills
Attitude to workeffectively as an individual & in team environment andshall be able to handle multiple projectssimultaneously.
A growth mindsetand a commitment to lifelong learning & willingness toaccept criticism
Willing totravel for site commissioning activities depending upon the projectrequirements
Maintaining a highdegree of professionalism anddiligence
Control System(DCS/PLC) Engineering & testing experience. DCS Experienceis preferred.
Part of ControlSystem Engineering in Process Industries (Oil & Gas LNGFertilizers etc.)
No need ofprofiles with Electrical or Machine PLCbackground
Experience inCutting/Drilling Machine Conveyors FMCG industries are notdesired.
