We are looking forEmbedded Software Engineer with 3 to 9 Yr of Experience for ouresteemed client for BangaloreLocation.

Responsiblefor design development and maintenance of software and firmware forelectronic control systems in railway industry. This includesdeveloping software requirements specifications functionalspecifications and software designdocuments.

Note: Candidate shall be willing to work in CustomerLocationRoles andResponsibilities:
Design and develop high quality software products in a fastpacedenvironment
Support and enhancethe entire software development lifecycle
Perform and guide theautomation of unit module system and regression level testing onvarious software modules andsystems
Perform root causeanalysis and develop solutions asnecessary
Accountable for systemrequirements review software architecture anddesign
Adhere to project /customer software developmentprocesses.

RequirementsBachelor s degree in Computer Science Electronics Engineering orrelated field
SoftwareEngineering experience of 3 to 8 years in Real TimeEmbedded Softwaredevelopment
Strongexperience with C C programming inmultitasking and multi threaded environment on aRTOS platform
Experience with RTOS like QNX VxWorks etc. andLinux.
Experience working with Ethernet TCP/IP RS 232/422protocols.
Hands on experiencetesting/debugging software firmware and electronic controlsystems
Experience with interprocess communication and Synchronizationmethods
Experience with SoftwareConfiguration and ChangeManagement.
Ability to work in afastpaced dynamic environment with adjustments to priorities tomeet the needs of theorganization
Effectivecommunication skills; ability to articulate clearly andconcisely.

DesiredSkills

Experience with Zync family boardinitialization and QNX Board SupportPackage
Familiarity with Agiledevelopment methodologies such as Scrum and TDD in an embeddedenvironment
Familiarity withwebservices PHP HTML Python and shellscripting
Knowledge of safetycritical software or CENELEC standards and rail industry is aplus
Familiarity with continuousintegration and automated unit testingprocesses
Experience with usingstatic analysis tools such as Polaris/Coverityetc
