  • Bachelorsdegree in marketing business or a relatedfield
  • Relevant digital marketing certificationssuch as Google Ads Google Analytics or HubSpot InboundMarketing
  • Experience working with clients fromdiverse industries and managing multiple accountssimultaneously
  • Proficiency in projectmanagement tools such as Asana Trello orJira
  • Strong leadership skills and the abilityto inspire and motivate a team towards a commongoal

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Manageendtoend digital marketing projects ensuring timely delivery andhighquality outcomes
  • Develop and maintainstrong client relationships through effective communication andregular updates
  • Create compelling narrativesand presentations to showcase the value and impact of digitalmarketing efforts to clients
  • Identifyopportunities for account growth and upsell additional services toexisting clients
  • Collaborate with internalteams including web design SEO PPC and content marketing to developand execute integrated digitalstrategies
  • Analyze campaign performance dataand provide insightful recommendations for optimization andimprovement
  • Stay uptodate with the latestdigital marketing trends tools and best practices to driveinnovation and maintain a competitiveedge
  • Mentor and guide junior team membersfostering a culture of continuous learning and professionaldevelopment

Skills andExperience

  • Minimum of 4years of professional experience in managing digital marketingprojects and teams
  • Proven success in drivingclient satisfaction and accountgrowth
  • Exceptional communication andpresentation skills with the ability to distill complex informationinto clear compelling narratives
  • Strongstrategic thinking and problemsolving abilities with a keenunderstanding of business objectives and how digital marketing cansupport them
  • Proficiency in data analysis andreporting with the ability to derive actionable insights fromcampaign performance metrics
  • Experience inmanaging web design projects and collaborating with design teams toensure seamless execution
  • Familiarity with awide range of digital marketing channels including SEO PPC socialmedia email marketing and contentmarketing
