Job Overview


We are hiring a Front Office Executive to join our team at JobStars HR Solutions Pvt Ltd. As a Front Office Executive, you will be responsible for managing the front desk area and providing excellent customer service to our clients and visitors. This is a full-time position, requiring 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role. Qualifications and Skills


  • Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Good-looking and presentable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Degree qualification in any discipline
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Proficient in MS Office suite
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional and friendly demeanor


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Welcome and greet visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor
  • Answer phone calls and redirect them to the appropriate person
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
  • Provide information and assistance to clients and visitors
  • Manage conference room bookings and prepare meeting rooms
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations
  • Assist in general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
