Sr EDI Analyst
The EDI Analyst is an important role running our day-to-day operations in the Finance Applications Team and will be working with our vendors directly and cross functional teams to implement EDI.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in EDI, NetSuite, SPS Commerce and will be responsible to effectively automate business process execution.
Responsibilities Work directly with SPS Commerce for onboarding new vendors to begin trading via EDI and get the communications setup completed for EDI , , , , and Work cross-functionally with Product Operations and Accounting to ensure that the EDI scenarios for testing are met and approved Monitor EDI transactions on daily basis in NetSuite, SPS Commerce and Finntech Communicate with vendors on daily basis to resolve EDI issues encountered in above data points Work with internal teams to resolve issues that might impact EDI transactions such as Master Data Leverage technical expertise in identifying options and best practices which will satisfy the business requirements in consideration of both EDI and NetSuite system functionality Analyzes and defines EDI requirements for vendors, especially for needs and circumstances that are slightly unusual and make sure they are thoroughly tested Experience - years of EDI experience with standards such as ANSI X, UN/EDIFACT, TRADACOMS, VDA, etc. Must have Netsuite experience for EDI transactions. Must have EDI (Credit/debit adjustment) and EDI (Payment remittance) experience Hands-on experience with most or all the following transactions such as Purchase Order (), Purchase Order Acknowledgement (), Advance Ship Notice (), Invoice () and Functional Acknowledgement () Have a good understanding of Procure to Pay (PP) process ERP systems Experience working with EDI providers such as SPS Commerce, Open Text etc. Ability to work with cross-functional value streams like Operations, Receiving and Accounting Excellent written and verbal communication skills Organizational skills and attention to detail Creative problem-solving required to design a system that meets clients individual needs Ability to work independently and as part of a team
