Job Overview


We are seeking a Senior Executive Human Resources to join our team at DCS Group, a leading Educational and Career Consulting services company based in Jaipur, India. As a Senior Executive Human Resources, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of human resources functions within the organization. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.


Qualifications and Skills


  • - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • - Proven experience as a Human Resources Executive or similar role
  • - Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
  • - Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition processes
  • - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • - Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office
  • - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information


Roles and Responsibilities


  • - Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices
  • - Manage and coordinate the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing
  • - Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and orientation programs
  • - Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and benefits
  • - Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans
  • - Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling
  • - Coordinate and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • - Ensure compliance with all employment laws, regulations, and company policies
  • - Maintain HR records and reports, including employee data, attendance, and leave records
  • - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR
  • - Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives
