Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research toidentify trends competitive landscapes and potential opportunitieswithin nonIT staffing sectors.
  • Utilize LinkedIn indeed and otherprofessional networking platforms to source candidates and generateleads for new business development.
  • Analyze industry data andemployment trends to identify areas of high demand for staffingservices.
  • Collaboratewith the sales and recruitment teams to develop targeted outreachstrategies and expand our client base.
  • Build and maintain relationshipswith clients candidates and industry professionals to facilitatebusiness growth and enhance our reputation in themarket.
  • Track andreport on key performance metrics including lead generation clientacquisition and candidateplacement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in BusinessAdministration Human Resources Marketing or a relatedfield.
  • Provenexperience as a Research Analyst or similar role preferably in thestaffing industry.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn andother professional networking platforms for sourcing and leadgeneration.
  • Stronganalytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identifyactionable insights.
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport andinfluence decisionmakers.
  • Detailoriented with a high levelof accuracy in data collection and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently andas part of a team in a dynamic and fastpacedenvironment.
  • Familiarity with nonIT industriesand staffing processes is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM software andother relevant tools ispreferred.
