Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with direct engineering clients to understand their specific hiring needs on a daily basis.
- Manage the complete recruitment life cycle for direct clients in the United States, focusing on Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, and Manufacturing Engineers, as well as Technicians in HVAC, Refrigeration, and Industrial Maintenance.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job portals, referrals, headhunting, and professional networking sites, to identify and attract top talent.
- Prioritize stability and long-term opportunities for candidates, ensuring a strong fit with client requirements.
- Maintain relationships with reputable firms and clients to enhance recruitment efforts and ensure high-quality placements.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in US staffing, specifically in engineering recruitment.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of engineering terminology and the US staffing industry, with a focus on Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, and Manufacturing fields.
- Education: A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or an undergraduate degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Flexible and adaptable with a proactive approach to recruitment challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to uphold strong personal and professional ethics.
