This is a remote position.

PositionOverview:

The Social MediaMarketing Specialist will play a key role in shaping our socialmedia strategy and executing campaigns that align with our broadermarketing goals. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing youwill be responsible for managing and growing our social mediachannels creating compelling content and analyzing performancemetrics to optimize our social media presence. You will workclosely with the marketing sales and product teams to ensure thatour messaging resonates with both technical and nontechnicalaudiences.

KeyResponsibilities:

Develop and execute acomprehensive social media strategy across platforms such asLinkedIn Twitter Facebook Instagram and YouTube focusing onincreasing brand awareness andengagement.
Manage the daytoday operations of all social media channelsincluding posting content responding to comments and engaging withfollowers.
Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to create and manage socialmedia campaigns that align with business goals and productlaunches.
Craft compelling and creative content that aligns withcybersecurity themes and resonates with target audiences includingblogs infographics andvideos.
Work with internal teams (product sales and content) to develop andpromote content that highlights the company s value propositionthought leadership and productofferings.
Monitor social media trends cybersecurity news and competitoractivities to inform content creation and engagementstrategies.
Use analytics tools to track and report on social media performancemetrics including engagement reach lead generation andconversions.
Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly reportprogress to the Head of Marketing with actionable insights andrecommendations.
Stay up to date with the latest social media trends tools and bestpractices particularly in the cybersecurityspace.
Manage paid social media advertising campaigns and budgets toensure costeffective leadgeneration.
Participate in online communities forums and groups related tocybersecurity to foster relationships and increase brandvisibility.



Requirements

Required Skills andQualifications:

Proven experience asa Social Media Specialist or similar role preferably in thecybersecurity SaaS or techindustry.
Strong understanding of social media platforms their audiences andbest practices for engagement andgrowth.
Experience creating and managing successful social media campaignsthat drive engagement lead generation and brandawareness.
Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability toconvey technical concepts in an engaging and accessiblemanner.
Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools suchas Hootsuite Buffer Sprout Social orothers.
Ability to analyze performance metrics and translate data intoactionable insights to improve social mediastrategies.
Creative mindset with the ability to produce visually appealingcontent including graphics videos andinfographics.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiplecampaigns and projectssimultaneously.
Bachelor s degreein MarketingCommunications Business or a related field or equivalent workexperience.

PreferredQualifications:

Experience in a SaaSor cybersecurity startupenvironment.
Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies thatcomplement social mediaefforts.
Experience running and optimizing paid social media campaignsacross platforms like LinkedIn Facebook andTwitter.
Knowledge of cybersecurity trends and the ability to integrate theminto social mediacontent.
Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva Adobe CreativeSuite orsimilar.
