JobDescription:
Asan Application Lead for Packaged Application Development you willbe responsible for leading the effort to design build and configureapplications acting as the primary point of contact. Your typicalday will involve working with SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting andcollaborating with crossfunctional teams to deliver highqualitysolutions.

Roles & Responsibilities: Lead thedesign development and implementation of SAP FI S/4HANA Accountingsolutions. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gatherrequirements design solutions and ensure successful delivery. Actas the primary point of contact for all applicationrelated issuesproviding guidance and support to team members as needed. Ensureadherence to best practices standards and procedures forapplication development and delivery. Provide technical leadershipand mentorship to team members fostering a culture of continuouslearning and improvement.

Professional & Technical Skills: MustHave Skills:Strong experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. Good ToHave Skills: Experience in other SAP modules such as MM SD andFICO. Experience in leading the design development andimplementation of SAP solutions. Strong understanding of SAParchitecture and integration with other systems. Experience in SAPS/4HANA migration and implementation projects. Excellentcommunication and collaboration skills with the ability to workeffectively in a team environment.
