You’ll make a difference by:

As a  SeniorSoftware Engineer - Train Control, you will be responsible developingcontrol software for our ourinnovative rail vehicles. Your task, and responsibilities are asfollows:

Definitionof system requirements and system interface specifications for vehicle control. Youdesign and implement software components in alignment with the guidelines forsafety-relevant software systems. Designingcontrol functions based on functional block diagrams. Generatingsoftware test specifications, conduct code review and support in designverification. Youshould support in integration tests and validation tests. Analysingdiagnostic information, bug fixing and defining new control logics to improvethe vehicle performance. You arecapable to build TCMS concepts for locomotive / trains on vehicle level. Youshould be able to implement upgradation / new work of application software withend-to-end responsibility using V model approach. Youshould conduct training sessions for customer and service colleagues. You actas problem solver, ensuring application of correct standards. You areresponsible to work independently on several TCMS subsystems also create logicblock diagrams for it.

Your success is grounded in:

We are looking for candidates having Bachelors orMaster’s degree in electrical, electronic or computer science with 8+ years ofrelevant rolling stock experience. Domain knowledge of locomotive/ train control, testingand commissioning. Experience in working with MVB, WTB, Ethernetcommunication protocols. Knowledge of TRDP would be added advantage. Strong understanding and proven experience withrequirement engineering is prerequisite. Good understanding of standards such as IEC 50128, IEC61131, IEC 61375 etc. Good communication and presentation skill completes yourprofile. You should demonstrate strong teamwork and able to guidepeers to bring out required results.
