JobOverview: Lookingfor a Finance & Process Excellence Head who will lead anddirect the Financial functions Oversee Technology initiatives anddrive Process Excellence within the organisation.
RoleDescription: As the FinanceHead the candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing thefinancial health and strategy of the Company. The candidate will beresponsible for managing the finance department implementingfinancial policies and ensuring compliance with regulations whilecontributing to the companys overall growth and profitability. Asthe Head of Process Excellence the candidate will be responsiblefor driving standardization of processes across the organization bystrategically leveraging technology and optimizing processes toensure operational efficiency and create system based controls tobuild the platform for scale. In this process he will play apivotal role in Coordinating between the Technology and Operationalteams.
KeyResponsibilities:
  • FinancialStrategy: Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with thecompanys goals and objectives ensuring sustainable growth andprofitability.
  • Financial Planning &Analysis: Oversee budgeting forecasting and financial analysisactivities to provide insights for informed decisionmaking. Monitorfinancial performance against targets and propose correctivemeasures when needed.
  • Financial Reporting:Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statementsreports and KPIs to senior management and stakeholders providing aclear overview of the companys financial status.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigatefinancial risks including but not limited to long term businessdecisions regulatory changes and operational risks. Implement riskmanagement policies and procedures to safeguard company assets.
  • Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow workingcapital and liquidity to optimize financial resources and supportbusiness operations effectively.
  • TeamLeadership: Lead and mentor the finance team fostering a culture ofhigh performance collaboration and continuous improvement. Provideguidance and direction to ensure the teams professional developmentand success.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliancewith accounting principles tax regulations and legal requirements.Liaise with external auditors regulators and other stakeholders asnecessary.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Collaboratecrossfunctionally with other departments to support strategicinitiatives mergers acquisitions or partnerships that impactfinancial outcomes.
  • Technology Integration:Oversee the integration of technology solutions to buildeffectiveness and efficiency drive automation and system basedcontrols creating a robust platform for scale by collaborating withIT and Business teams.
  • Process Optimization:Lead the process optimization initiatives across the Organisationby identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements tostreamline workflows and maximize productivity.

JobSkills and Qualifications:
  • CA / ICWA / MBA in Finance
  • Proven experience (15 years) in a seniorfinance role in Retail / FMCG / Services industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulationsaccounting principles and financial software/systems.
  • Excellent leadership communication andinterpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking withthe ability to analyze complex financial data and make informeddecisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to drivechange innovate and lead teams effectively.
  • Plan fundraising initiatives to help theorganization meet financial goals. Liaison with Banks and otherfunding sources.
  • Manage and retainrelationships with various vendors.
  • Adhere tothe law and company s policies.
  • Ensureeffective internal controls are in place and compliance with GAAPand applicable regulatory legislation for financial and taxreporting
