KeyResponsibilities:

1. ProcurementManagement:
   

   • Developand implement procurement strategies aligned with companyobjectives to ensure timely availability ofmaterials.
     
   • Source negotiate andprocure materials required for the fabrication of Metallic andNonMetallic Flexible Expansion Joints including but not limitedto:
     • Stainlesssteel
       
     • Carbonsteel
       
     • Rubbercompounds
       
     • Fabricmaterials
       
     • Sealants andadhesives
       
     • Other specializedcomponents as per engineeringrequirements.
       

2. VendorManagement:
   

   • Identifyand qualify reliable vendors for the supply of raw materials andoutsourced fabricationservices.
     
   • Negotiate contracts termsand pricing agreements with vendors to optimize costeffectivenesswhile maintaining qualitystandards.
     
   • Establish and maintainstrong relationships with vendors monitor their performance andaddress any issuespromptly.
     

3. InventoryControl:
   

   • Monitorinventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to preventstockouts and minimize excessinventory.
     
   • Implement inventorymanagement techniques to ensure efficient utilization of resourcesand minimizewastage.
     

4. QualityAssurance:
   

   • Collaboratewith quality assurance teams to ensure that purchased materialsmeet specified quality standards and regulatoryrequirements.
     
   • Conduct periodicquality assessments of materials received and take correctiveactions asnecessary.
     

5. Logisticsand DeliveryCoordination:
   

   • Coordinatewith logistics providers to arrange timely delivery of materials toproduction facilities.
     
   • Trackshipments resolve any transportation issues and ensure ontimedelivery of materials to meet productionschedules.
     

6. CostManagement:
   

   • Analyzepricing trends market conditions and supplier performance toidentify opportunities for cost savings and processimprovements.
     
   • Monitor and controlprocurement budgets effectively to optimizeexpenditure.
     

Requirements

QualificationsandSkills:

• AnyGraduate or Diploma/B.E.
  
• Strongnegotiation skills and ability to build and maintain effectiverelationships with vendors and internalstakeholders.
