Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in telecalling and business development
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities
- Ability to understand client needs and propose effective solutions
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with the recruitment and staffing industry is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct telecalling to establish contact with MNC clients and potential leads
- Identify and understand the client's needs and requirements
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Promote and explain the services and solutions offered by Kontact Services
- Schedule meetings and follow-up with clients to discuss business opportunities
- Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate terms and conditions
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
