  1. Designdevelop and maintain backend services and APIs using the Goprogramming language.
  2. Write clean efficient andwelldocumented code that meets our coding standards and bestpractices.
  3. Collaborate with product managersdesigners and other stakeholders to understand requirements andtranslate them into technicalspecifications.
  4. Work closely with frontenddevelopers to integrate backend services with userinterfaces.
  5. Optimize applications for maximumperformance scalability andreliability.
  6. Implement security and dataprotection measures to ensure the integrity and confidentiality ofour systems and user data.
  7. Conduct code reviewsand provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality andmaintainability.
  8. Troubleshoot and debug issuesreported by users or identified duringtesting.
  9. Stay uptodate with emergingtechnologies and industry trends and continuously improve yourtechnical skills and knowledge.
  10. Participate inAgile development processes including sprint planning dailystandups and sprint reviews.
  11. Collaborate withDevOps engineers to automate deployment processes and maintaininfrastructure ascode.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field (orequivalent experience).
  2. Proven experience as asoftware developer with a focus on backend development usingGolang.
  3. Strong proficiency in the Goprogramming language and itsecosystem.
  4. Experience with developing RESTfulAPIs and microservicesarchitecture.
  5. Familiarity with databases suchas PostgreSQL MySQL or MongoDB.
  6. Knowledge ofsoftware development best practices including version control (e.g.Git) testing and code reviews.
  7. Understanding ofconcurrency parallelism and distributed systemsconcepts.
  8. Excellent problemsolving andanalytical skills with a keen attention todetail.
  9. Strong communication and collaborationskills with the ability to work effectively in a teamenvironment.
  10. Ability to work independently andmanage multiple tasks and prioritieseffectively.
