Job Summary: Onsite Opportunity at Riyadh

 

Core Responsibility
  • Design, develop and support applications built on Pega Platforms in an agile environment.
  • Work with project management team to develop overall scope and work plan for implementing requirements.
  • Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing effective and efficient solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Make recommendations and advise on organization-wide system improvements, optimization or maintenance efforts in software, software development methodologies, lifecycle management, modeling, and simulation.
  • Collaborate with analysts in documenting and capturing software requirements in the form of epics, features, user stories, process models and use cases in an agile development environment.
  • Perform end to end solution building for banking product journeys using Pega Platform
  • Provide day-to-day technical support while prioritizing and resolving technical issues affecting and deliverables, escalating technical issues when required. Facilitates project handoffs including preparing documentation, educating, and supporting to ensure smooth transitions
  • Evaluate existing APIs for fitting purpose to an existing project or solution.

We are looking for a full-time Pega developer to work on key projects focused on Digital Banking.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent area

EXPERIENCE

Years of Experience

  • 3-6+ years of progressively more responsible work experience in Pega Platform working as a developer

Nature of 

Experience

  • Discipline within the financial and banking sector.
  • PEGA Certification PCSA, PCSSA, or PCLSA.
  • Strong understanding of Pega Implementation Methodology
  • Expertise with API’s and designing enterprise wide systems to meet the needs of the business
  • Experience developing and Integration with SOAP, JMS, or Restful services leveraging one or more of the following: ESQL, Java, JavaScript, Spring, Groovy, Spring Boot, XML, JSON, GIT and YAML. 
  • Experience in web design and development using HTML and Java is required.
  • Experience in JavaScript, HTML and CSS
  • Experience with PowerShell and Unix shell scripting and Continuous Delivery / Continuous Deployment.
