“Uniter Engineering Products" is construction machinery manufacturing company that offers a wide range of Paver Finisher machines for road construction projects. We have business legacy since 2009 with roots into dam gate and road construction machinery manufacturing. Our strength lies in our on-field experience and understanding the customer’s requirement and blend them with our knowledge for optimal and consistent output.


We are Manufacturer and Exporter of Asphalt Paver Finishers, Sensor Paver Finishers, Wet Mix Paver Finishers, Road Paver Finishers, Paving Machines, Wheel Sensor Paver Finisher, etc. which are best fit for paving bituminous, wet-mix, GSB, DLC or DBM material. These machines are useful for constructing highways, inter-state, intra-state, town, city and village roads. We avail multiple models to choose from according to work requirements with options to control slope and grade electronically or manually. We are providing our products with brand name UNITER.


We specialize ourselves in designing machines for easy operation, maintenance, and economic performance. All the machines are designed giving priority to performance, maintenance, good machine life, great value for money along with decade-long experience and on-site reports. Our all paver finisher machines are Tested and Approved by Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI) and conform the norms specified by Central Motor Vehicle Act.

The Role

You will be responsible for :

  • Organising data and generating deep customer insights in order to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness.
  • Supporting the sales team key planning and operations tasks to support the overall objective of the business.
  • Attainment Planning through effective goal setting, designing sales incentives to drive business objectives and territory analysis & definition for sales maximum effectiveness.
  • Providing pricing and contract support by providing the sales team with high-quality and competitive proposals.
  • Monitoring and analysing key sales and business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic and tactical business decisions and also coordinating and ensuring accuracy of sales forecasts.
  • Ensuring Sales process adoption and compliance and also identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
  • New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
  • Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
  • Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
  • Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.

Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 1 year experience within a B2B Sales or Sales Operations / Sales Support role, ideally within the Manufacturing industry.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
