PositionSummary: We are seeking a dynamic Public RelationsSpecialist to manage and enhance our companys image. This roleinvolves crafting media releases developing public relationsstrategies and engaging with media to effectively communicate ourmission services and successes.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Public Relations Strategy:Develop and execute public relations strategies that promote thecompanys brand and ensure brand consistency across allcommunication channels.
- MediaRelations: Build and maintain relationships withmedia outlets to secure and grow media coverage both online andoffline.
- ContentCreation: Write press releases speeches articles andother PR copy.
- EventManagement: Plan and execute events such as pressconferences webinars interviews and other public appearances toboost company visibility.
- CrisisManagement: Manage public communications duringcrises and mitigate potential negative publicity.
- Analytics: Monitor andanalyze PR results using digital analytics and media tracking toolsto gauge the effectiveness of public relationscampaigns.
- StakeholderCommunication: Collaborate with internal teams(marketing sales HR) and external stakeholders to maintain aconsistent brand voice.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Public RelationsCommunications Journalism or related field.
- Proven experience as a Public Relations Specialist orsimilar role.
- Strong network of media contactsand a proven track record of successful mediaplacements.
- Excellent communication writingand presentation skills.
- Creative andstrategic thinker with the ability to handle multiple projectsunder tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in PR andsocial media analytics tools.
