Whatyou willdo:

InvestorCommunication: Support the preparation of investorcommunications by providing accurate and relevant financialinformation. Collaborate with the Head of Strategy to ensure allcommunications align with strategicobjectives.

Marketand Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis ofmarket trends financial performance and competitor activities.Provide insights on investor activity and analyzing financialtrends competitor behavior and shareholderissues.

FinancialModeling: Develop and maintain detailed financial modelsto support business decisions and investor presentations. Analyzefinancial data to provide forecasts valuation insights and scenarioanalysis.

PitchDeck Creation: Design and prepare engaging pitch decksand investor presentations. Ensure that all materials clearlyarticulate the company s value proposition strategic vision andfinancialperformance.

RelationshipManagement: Representing Vertoz at industry eventsconferences and investor meeting. Support the coordination ofinvestor meetings and interactions. Ensure that investor inquiriesare addressed with accurate and timelyinformation.

StrategicSupport: Provide datadriven insights to support strategicplanning and decisionmaking processes. Supporting M&Aactivities fundraising efforts and other strategic projects.Coordinating with subsidiaries and partners to align with theirstrategicgoals

Reporting:Create and present regular reports on financial performanceinvestor metrics and key performance indicators. Track and reporton investor feedback andengagement.

Compliance:Ensure all investor relations activities comply with regulatoryrequirements and company policies. Stay informed about industryregulations and bestpractices.


Requirements

35 years ofexperience in investor relations financial analysis or relatedfields. Proven experience in financial modeling and pitch deckcreation isessential.

Bachelor sdegree in Finance or a related field. A Master s in Finance oradvanced qualifications (e.g. CA or CFA) arepreferred.

Experience withpublic companies or in a brokerage firm isadvantageous.

Expertise infinancial modeling valuation techniques and financial analysis.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and other financialsoftware. Strong presentation and communicationskills.

Indepthunderstanding of financial markets investor relations bestpractices and regulatory requirements. Familiarity with pitch deckdesign and storytellingtechniques.

Detailorientedwith strong analytical abilities. Excellent organizational andinterpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities andwork effectively under tightdeadlines.
