Your team

You’ll be working in the Radisson Hotel Group’s Global sustainability team. The team has group-wide responsibility for the development, implementation and management of sustainability initiatives and KPIs.

In your role as a Responsible Business Intern, you'll:

  • Sustainability data management on advance excel and Power BI
  • Analyse and activate Renewable Energy projects in India
  • Assist in the planning and execution of sustainability events and campaigns
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sustainability strategies across the organisation
  • Support the development and implementation of sustainability performance frameworks for sustainability for our hotels
  • Contribute to portfolio reviews and support the further development of sustainability tools
  • Use your knowledge to train hotels regarding Responsible Business initiatives
  • Contribute to reporting, external disclosure and communication

Who is our best match?

  • MBA, Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Architecture or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
  • Basic understanding of Carbon, Energy and Waste Footprint concepts
  • Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Acumen to engage in Renewable Energy and energy efficiency projects
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to handle large datasets
  • Basics understanding of GHG footprint & ESG
