BASICFUNCTION:
Lead all theactivities of the data analysis and help management to takedecisions on data.
A. Support in new projectimplementation
B. Data analysis of existing businessscenarios and highlight the issues.
C. Prepare andfollow plan for every part for lean manufacturing and optimal spaceutilisation
D. ensure safety an efficient use ofmanpower managing the team.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Adhoc research of software solutionscreative usage of digital technology supply chain and productdevelopment innovative products .
2. Well versed withproduction planning and in plant logistics.
3.Performing systematic business analysis defining businessrequirements that are in line with business and operationsneeds.
4. PFEP Preparation and finalization.
5. New project planning and execution with projectsdepartment.
6. Successful design and validation forannual inventory process software later horizontally deployedacross sector.
7. Defines monitors and continuouslyimprove appropriate methods of classification and analysis ofinventory items and stock management models.
8.Identifies and executes projects to reduce handling costs andincrease service level.
9. Eventually liaise withsuppliers carriers and other companies of the KOHLER group aboutparts logistic flows.
10. Establish program goals andobjectives for collaborators and set priorities.
11.According to the organizational role he/she monitors and checksthat all safety rules are observed and respected in the workplaceand that the team performs the working activities
according to the above procedures and laws. About environmenthe/she monitors and checks the compliance toward laws and CompanyEnvironment Management System moreover he/she contributes toaccomplish environmental and sustainabilityobjectives.
