Salary - 45000 Max per month

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or related field
• Proven experience as a Property Manager with 4 to 6 years of experience
• Knowledge of local property management laws and regulations
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in property management software
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of assigned properties, including maintenance, tenant relations, and rent collection
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding property management
• Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify and address maintenance issues
• Screen and select tenants, negotiate leases, and handle tenant complaints and disputes
• Advertise and market vacant properties to attract potential tenants
• Establish rental rates and adjust them as needed to maximize rental income
• Oversee the budget for property operations and ensure financial goals are met
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs, renovations, and maintenance
• Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports on property performance
• Stay updated on market trends and changes in property management laws and regulations
