  • Source and screen candidates for IT positionsincluding software developers engineers and systemadministrators
  • Conduct interviews to assess candidate skills andqualifications
  • Buildand maintain a network of potential candidates through proactivemarket research and ongoing relationship management
  • Collaborate with hiring managersto understand their hiring needs and requirements
  • Develop and implement recruitingstrategies to attract top talent
  • Manage the recruitment process from initial contactthrough offer acceptance
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state laws andregulations regarding employment practices
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inHuman Resources Business Administration or a relatedfield
  • 2 years ofexperience in IT recruiting preferably in a staffing agencyenvironment
  • Knowledgeof IT technologies and terminology
  • Strong communication and interpersonalskills
  • Ability towork in a fastpaced environment and manage multiplepriorities
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and otherrecruiting tools
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruitinggoals
