Roles & Responsibilities:

Design & Develop VAN Interior Lamp & Ambient Lights. Drive CFT discussions to ensure seamless integration of lighting systems with overall vehicle design. Steer Supplier meetings to ensure meet Project Milestones, Product maturity and Deliverables on-time with quality. Coordinate with Styling team to ensure feasibility. Develop and execute Testing protocols for Reliability & Quality of the product. Align & Execute Engineering change requests. Evaluate & recommend new technologies/solutions to enhance Interior lighting quality throughout the life cycle.

Qualifikationen

Qualification:

B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech/M.E - Mechanical, Automobile.

Mandatory Skills:

· 5-8 Years of experience in Automotive Interior Lighting Design & Development.

· Know-how of automotive lighting system.

· Experience in full product development lifecycle.

· Command in concept generation, product validation (as per global regulation), product launch execution & post-production support.

· Strong interpersonal skills to work efficiently with Suppliers & CFT.

· Command on GD&T & respective drawing standards

· Know-how of design considerations for Plastics.Know-how of LED technology.

· Strong Analytical and communication skills to Steer & Lead Supplier/CFT discussions.

· Interpretation of light Simulations and understanding of crucial light parameters.

· Knowledge of DFMEA, DVP, Project planning, Benchmarking, CAE ECE & FMVSS Regulations.

Additional skills & experience:

· German language

· Global work experience

· Development experience in Mercedes-Benz or similar products
