Job Overview

We seek a detailed-oriented and dynamic Unit Manager for our Banquet And Multi Cuisine Restaurant in Greater Noida. This is a mid-level, full-time position requiring a minimum of 4 to a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Event planning and knowledge about new ideas
  • Proven experience in food and beverage management, with a strong understanding of industry standards and practices
  • Demonstrated team leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team
  • Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring a high-quality dining experience for all patrons
  • Proficient in budget management, able to control costs and maximize profitability
  • Experience in menu development, with an eye for innovative and appealing dishes
  • Strong vendor management skills, ensuring timely and quality supplies
  • Effective inventory control skills, keeping track of stock and minimizing wastage
  • Preferred located in Greater Noida


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the banquet and multi-cuisine restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service
  • Plan and coordinate events, working closely with clients to meet their specific needs and expectations
  • Lead and mentor the restaurant team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
  • Ensure exceptional customer service, addressing any issues or complaints promptly and professionally
  • Manage the restaurant budget, monitoring financial performance and implementing cost-saving measures
  • Develop and innovate the menu, ensuring a diverse and appealing selection for guests
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of quality supplies
  • Control inventory, keeping accurate records and ensuring adequate stock levels
