Overview:The SolutionArchitect plays a critical role in designing building andimplementing complex software solutions that meet the specificneeds of an organization. They are responsible for translatingbusiness requirements into technical solutions and ensuring theoverall integrity of the solution architecture. This role ispivotal in driving innovation efficiency and effectiveness withinthe organizations technology landscape.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Collaborate withstakeholders to understand business requirements andobjectives.
  • Design and present innovativetechnical solutions that align with business goals and technologystrategy.
  • Lead the development anddocumentation of solution architecturedesigns.
  • Ensure that the architecture supportsthe needs of the business while maintaining alignment withtechnology standards and industry bestpractices.
  • Identify and mitigate technicalrisks.
  • Assess and recommend appropriatetechnologies and tools to support thesolution.
  • Oversee the implementation andintegration of solutions within the organizations technologyecosystem.
  • Provide guidance and support todevelopment teams during the implementationphase.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teamsto drive successful project delivery.
  • Conductregular architecture reviews and propose improvements asneeded.
  • Stay abreast of technologicaladvancements and industry trends to inform architecturaldecisions.
  • Lead and mentor junior architectsand technical teams.
  • Participate in theevaluation and selection of technology solutions andvendors.
  • Contribute to the continuousimprovement of architecture processes andpractices.
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inComputer Science Information Technology or related field; Mastersdegree preferred.
  • Proven experience as aSolution Architect or a similar role in a complex ITenvironment.
  • Demonstrated expertise indesigning and implementing largescale softwaresolutions.
  • Proficiency in software developmentmethodologies and practices.
  • ArchitecturePatterns: Deep understanding of architectural patternsmicroservices and API design
  • Excellentanalytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Strongproficiency in technologies such as mobile development(Android/iOS) Java .NET and ReactJS. Ability to lead and influencecrossfunctional teams andstakeholders.
  • Experience in evaluating andselecting technology solutions andvendors.
  • Indepth knowledge of cloud platformswith a preference for experience with AWSservices.
  • Proven track record of drivingsuccessful project delivery and business outcomes through effectivesolution architecture.
  • Proficiency in languagessuch as Java .NET (C#) and JavaScript (ReactJS) with a strongability to adapt to new languages asneeded.
  • Deep understanding of integrationtechnologies and patterns.
  • Expertise intranslating business requirements into technical designs andspecifications.
  • Full Stack Development:Expertise in designing and implementing fullstack solutionsensuring seamless integration between frontend and backendcomponents
