Welcome to a collective of digitally non-existant beings. This Assoc. New Business Manager role involves a variety of tasks from understand our domain, customers, performing market research, exploring ways to position & generate leads, creating solutions & closing the deals.

If you’re a creative, goal-oriented professional, we would like you to be part of our team and share innovative ideas to achieve our targets. Your ultimatum should be driven to increase our market share and position the Organisation for future. You’ll be compensated between 6 to 10 LPA (+variables) CTC based on the expertise showcased in the interview process. 


Responsibilities

Growth

  1. Meet B2B sales & revenue targets Quarter on quarter
  2. Identify new market segments, opportunities for the company & conduct market research to assess the viability of these opportunities
  3. Develop & implement business development strategies to increase market share & growth

Operations

  1. Manage end-to-end Business Development from lead generation, requirement gathering to proposals
  2. Research on prospects and companies and ensure subsequent reach-outs via Socials/Calls/Emails
  3. Arrange, attend meetings with prospective clients and discover potential collaboration
  4. Qualify incoming leads by understanding and mapping to our customer persona to ensure right fit
  5. Work closely with Design Director & Sales in designing the solution for Client requirements
  6. Close business deals in support with Sales team while accounting for project requirements, timelines, and commercials
  7. Build and maintain a strong network of contacts in the industry
  8. Build partnerships with other businesses and organisations

Compliance

  1. Ensure effective lead nurturing through CRM systems
  2. Collaborate with Marketing team to drive sales campaigns
  3. Communicate effectively with internal & external stakeholders maintain strong relationships
  4. Be actively involved in data management, sales and invoice

What's required
  • 2+ years as a marketing strategist, business development, sales or similar role
  • (Preferable) Academic degree in Marketing, BD, Sales or related field
  • Data-driven creative thinker
  • Knowledge of how Design, Branding & Consultancy Business works
  • In-depth knowledge of any CRM software(s)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
