Job Overview

We are seeking a Marathi Telecaller to join our team at Securico Electronics India Limited. As a Marathi Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers in the Marathi language. This role is a Full-Time position based in Faridabad, Haryana, India, and is suitable for Fresher candidates with less than 1 year of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Fluent in Marathi language
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to convince and influence customers
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Good computer and typing skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Prior experience in telecalling or sales is preferred

Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers in Marathi language
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall team success
• Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends
• Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads
• Handle customer follow-ups and maintain a positive customer relationship
