As a member of the Risk Advisory team, you will collaborate with inspiring, ambitious, and supportive professionals from diverse backgrounds, bringing expertise across technology risk, governance, internal audit, regulatory compliance, risk analytics, public sector, and managed services.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in understanding and managing risk through innovative, tailored advisory services.
  
• Build trusted relationships with clients by understanding their specific challenges and industry requirements.
  
• Deliver solutions spanning multiple areas, including technology risk, governance, regulatory compliance, and risk analytics.
  
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive impactful, intelligent risk management decisions.
  

Qualifications:

Required:

• MBA/Equivalent with specialization in Strategy, IT, and/or Operations
  OR
  
• Engineering Graduate with relevant experience
  

Additional Qualifications:

• Knowledge in implementing, managing, and auditing an ISO-22301 Business Continuity Management System (BCMS)
  
• Broad understanding of business continuity principles and practices
  
• Relevant certifications, such as CBCP, ISO 22301/ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, or Lead Auditor, are considered a plus
  
• Knowledge of IT Disaster Recovery concepts
  
• Familiarity with cyber resilience concepts, including network resilience, communication backup, etc.
  
• Basic knowledge of data center architectures, design, and components
  
• Understanding of technology resilience, including design and process aspects
  
• Proficiency in data backup and recovery fundamentals
  
• Experience contributing to an ISO-27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS) is highly regarded
  
• Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively
  
• Logical and efficient approach to problem-solving
  
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in a high-pressure environment
  
• Highly self-motivated and directed
  

Preferred Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a logical approach
  
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing and executing tasks efficiently
  
• Certification in CBCP, ISO 22301/ISO 27001 is a plus
