Responsibilities:
- Actas the point of contact between Management and internal/externalclients
- Source suppliers: research and identifypotential suppliers/vendors
- Assist in thecreation and processing of purchaseorders
- Liaise with suppliers to resolve orderdiscrepancies or issues
- Screen and direct phonecalls and distribute correspondence
- Handlerequests and queries appropriately
- Manage diaryand schedule meetings and appointments
- Maketravel arrangements
- Take dictation andminutes
- Source officesupplies
- Produce reports presentations andbriefs
- Devise and maintain office filingsystem
Requirementsand Skills:
- Provenwork experience as a PersonalAssistant
- Knowledge of office managementsystems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Officeand English
- Outstanding organizational and timemanagement skills
- Uptodate with the latestoffice gadgets and applications
