Responsibilities:
  • Actas the point of contact between Management and internal/externalclients
  • Source suppliers: research and identifypotential suppliers/vendors
  • Assist in thecreation and processing of purchaseorders
  • Liaise with suppliers to resolve orderdiscrepancies or issues
  • Screen and direct phonecalls and distribute correspondence
  • Handlerequests and queries appropriately
  • Manage diaryand schedule meetings and appointments
  • Maketravel arrangements
  • Take dictation andminutes
  • Source officesupplies
  • Produce reports presentations andbriefs
  • Devise and maintain office filingsystem

Requirementsand Skills:
  • Provenwork experience as a PersonalAssistant
  • Knowledge of office managementsystems and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Officeand English
  • Outstanding organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Uptodate with the latestoffice gadgets and applications
  • Excellentverbal and written communicationskills
