This role will be instrumental in implementing and managing our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, ensuring seamless organization and accessibility of our digital assets.

This individual will be responsible for owning the end-to-end process of organizing, categorizing, and optimizing our digital assets to enhance efficiency, collaboration, and brand consistency across all marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation and configuration of the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, specifically Adobe Assets, to meet the organization's needs and objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Creative, IT, and Operations to gather requirements, define workflows, and establish best practices for asset management. Develop and maintain taxonomies, metadata schemas, and naming conventions to ensure accurate and efficient asset organization and retrieval. Manage the ingestion, tagging, and versioning of digital assets into the DAM system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with established standards. Train and support internal stakeholders on DAM system functionality, usage guidelines, and troubleshooting procedures. Monitor system performance, conduct regular audits, and implement enhancements to optimize DAM functionality and user experience. Serve as the primary point of contact for technical support and escalation of DAM-related issues or inquiries. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Digital Asset Management to recommend continuous improvements and innovations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. 5+ years of experience in Marketing Technology, Digital Asset Management, or related role. Proficiency in implementing and managing Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems, with a strong preference for experience with Adobe Assets. Solid understanding of metadata management, taxonomy development, and asset lifecycle management principles. Experience in integration of Adobe Assets and Adobe Workfront is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. A passion for innovation, continuous learning, and staying abreast of industry trends in Marketing Technology and Digital Asset Management.
