  • Collaboratingwith the sales team to identify and qualify salesopportunities.
  • Developingand maintaining strong customer relationships to increase customersatisfaction andloyalty.
  • Contributingto sales strategies pricing decisions and contract negotiationsbased on technicalconsiderations

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Understandour product/service s technical features functionalities andbenefits.
  • Studycustomer needs pain points and business challenges and create acustomised sales proposal with the salesteam.
  • Conductproduct demonstrations to showcase key features and functionalitiesand address technical questions and concerns fromcustomers.
  • Providepresales support by answering technical inquiries and participatingin salesmeetings.
  • Liaisewith the engineering or technical team to address technicalconcerns orrequirements.
  • Developand deliver technical documentation including user manualstechnical specifications and product trainingsessions.
  • Collaboratewith internal teams to gather technical requirements and ensure thesuccessful implementation ofsolutions.
  • Providepostsales support to customers including technical troubleshootingand customer training ensuring their satisfaction with the productorservice.
  • Giveactive feedback and insights from the market to the productdevelopment and marketingteam.
  • Participatein sales meetings trade shows and industry events to promote ourproducts orservices.
  • Stayupdated on industry trends market dynamics and competitorofferings.


Understand our product/service s technical features,functionalities and benefits. Study customer needs, pain points andbusiness challenges and create a customised sales proposal with thesales team. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase key featuresand functionalities and address technical questions and concernsfrom customers. Provide pre-sales support by answering technicalinquiries and participating in sales meetings. Liaise with theengineering or technical team to address technical concerns orrequirements. Develop and deliver technical documentation,including user manuals, technical specifications and producttraining sessions. Collaborate with internal teams to gathertechnical requirements and ensure the successful implementation ofsolutions. Provide post-sales support to customers, includingtechnical troubleshooting and customer training, ensuring theirsatisfaction with the product or service. Give active feedback andinsights from the market to the product development and marketingteam. Participate in sales meetings, trade shows and industryevents to promote our products or services. Stay updated onindustry trends, market dynamics and competitor offerings.
