• Knowledge in any of these Performance test Tools like LoadRunner, Jmeter,Blazemeter,Neoload,locust,Mulesoft,K6,Eggplant Digital Automation Intelligence,K6
• Knowledge of Oracle Flexcube application (banking),OCI platform,API,Reports for Performance testing
• Domain Knowledge of Core banking, Investment banking
• Knowledge of agile development techniques such as TDD, BDD, Pair Programming, Refactoring, Continuous Integration
• Deep knowledge of test methodologies and debugging, Self-taught and self-teaching, with a demonstrated aptitude for acquiring knowledge and skills
• Creative, resourceful and innovative problem solver
• Good at Conflict Management, Change Management, Risk Mitigation
• Plus, for ISO, ISTQB certification or Green/Black belt

Bachelor's degree (3/4 years - professional college: Technical / Engineering streams) with major/minor in Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Computer Science/ Engineering or related science/technology field. Masters will be a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in software quality assurance or testing of tools / processes.
• 10+ years of experience to various tools test and defect management tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, Zypher etc.
• 8+ years of experience to various Performance frameworks etc.
• 7+ Years of experience in Performance testing - LoadRunner , JMeter and other Load Testing / Monitoring Tools
• Extensive experience with OpenText LoadRunner, OpenText Performance Centre and OpenText Application Lifecycle Management or similar tools
• A strong background in monitoring, profiling and diagnostics tools such as App dynamics, and Dynatrace
