Travel Consultant

We are seeking a knowledgeable and dynamic Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and handling all aspects of holiday planning for our clients, from initial inquiry to booking and confirmation. As a Travel Consultant, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences and customized itineraries tailored to client preferences and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to client inquiries regarding travel packages, pricing, and recommendations.
• Design, plan, and arrange travel plans and itineraries customized to the needs of clients.
• Book flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services.
• Advise clients on travel destinations, tour packages, and travel services.
• Provide end-to-end service to clients, ensuring a seamless travel experience.
• Handle and resolve any issues that arise before or during the travel period.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in travel and tourism, as well as any changes in travel regulations.

Requirements

• Required Qualifications:
  • Excellent spoken English with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the travel industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage detailed itineraries in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  Preferred Skills:
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Experience with travel booking systems and software.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically
