This is a remote position.

We re looking to hire an AccountCoordinator who can provide daytoday administrative support to ourAccount Executives and Account Representatives and ensure smoothsales procedures. Candidates applying for the role should be highlyorganized and must perform multiple tasks for differentteams/clients at the same time. Any sort of experience withmarketing campaigns and an understanding of what excellent customerservice means is valued highly. Ideally the candidate should beable to both administer daily sales activities and brainstorminnovative ideas to improve our client relationships. The Candidateshould drive growth to our company by being an essential part ofthe Account Management team.

  • Prepare file and retrieve salesrelated documents.
  • Design and renew salesproposals.
  • Update internal databases with accountinformation.
  • Coordinate meetings calls and demos forthe Account Management team.
  • Conduct research on prospectiveclients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensureproper preand postsalesservice.
  • Communicate customer feedback to MarketingSales and Product Developmentteams.
  • Create detailed reports of campaignresults.
  • Perform marketand competitive research.
  • Help create promotional materials (e.g.presentations andvideos).



Requirements
  • Proven workexperience as an Account Coordinator Sales Coordinator or any othersimilar role.
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office inparticular).
  • Handson experience with any CRMsoftware.
  • Experience with marketing/advertisingcampaigns.
  • Organizational and timemanagementskills.
  • Strong communication skills with aproblemsolving attitude.
  • B.Sc in Business Administration Marketing orany other relevant field.
