RoleandResponsibilities

  • Developinga revolutionary finance marketplace product that includes designuser experience and business logic to ensure the product is easy touse appealing andeffective.

  • Leadmultiple highperformance engineering teams defining and ensuringadherence toprocesses.

  • Workclosely with the Product Manager and Designer to ideate the productbuild. Coordinate with Architects to ensure techalignment

  • Participatein code and design reviews establishing best software design anddevelopmentpractices.

  • Mentorjunior engineers and foster innovation within theteam.

  • Designand develop the pod s software components andsystems.

  • Evaluateand recommend tools technologies and processes driving adoption toensure highqualityproducts.

  • Participatein technical hiring activities to attract toptalent.



Requirements

  • Minimum7 years of experience in full stack development deliveringenterpriseclass web and mobile applications andservices.

  • Proficiencyin React JS with at least 3 years of handsonexperience.

  • Expertisein Java technologies including Spring Hibernate andKafka.

  • Provenexperience in designing scalable applications capable of handlingmillions oftransactions.

  • Strongknowledge of NoSQL and RDBMS with expertise in schema design andhandling large volumes ofdata.

  • Experiencewith Kubernetes deployment and managing CI/CDpipelines.

  • Abilityto function effectively in a fastpaced environment and managecontinuously changing businessneeds.

  • Astrong advocate of code craftsmanship adhering to good codingstandards and utilising tools to improve codequality.

  • Experiencewith microservices architecture and RESTfulAPIs.

  • Familiaritywith monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus Grafana ELKstack).

  • Competentin software engineering tools (e.g. Java build tools) and bestpractices (e.g. unit testing test automation continuousintegration).

  • Experiencewith the Cloud technologies of AWS and GCP and developing secureapplications

  • Provenexperience in leading engineering teams and managingprojects.

  • Strongunderstanding of the software development lifecycle and agilemethodologies.
